Edge of the World

Edge of the World is a Microtadelakt finish that echoes the dramatic cliff formations of Riyadh’s Tuwaiq Escarpment—the geological threshold of the Najd plateau. This textured lime plaster captures the layered striations and eroded depth seen in the region’s sedimentary rocks, evoking both geological grandeur and desert stillness. Originally applied at the Mohammed Bin Salman Calligraphy Museum, and later featured in The Yard Showroom and Katara Hills Resort, it represents a balance between sculptural form and natural simplicity.
