Climate logic: Marine-tuned topcoats resist salt spray, UV, and daily wash-downs; continuous surfaces minimise joints where sand and moisture collect.
Performance: 2–3 mm build, high abrasion resistance, fast turnaround cleaning; slip-tuned finishes in wet transition zones.
Sustainability frame: Low-VOC topcoats and durable life cycle can contribute to LEED v4 / Mostadam (IEQ/materials). Conmarble Natural Finishes will submit current test reports and VOC declarations during submittals.
Material note: Microcement is a cementitious + polymer system (not lime/clay)—a contemporary solution when high traffic and hygiene are critical.

At LA7 Wellness Beach Club (North Coast, Egypt), Conmarble Natural Finishes extends seamless microcement beyond floors to the guest-facing sales center, hair & grooming studio, and custom built-ins. Service counters, display plinths, benches, daybeds, reception desks, and planter bases are all finished in a sand-toned, satin-sealed microcement for a calm, monolithic look at just 2–3 mm. The continuous surfaces are hygienic, easy to sanitize after beach traffic, and slip-tuned where wet footprints are common—durable, low-maintenance, and perfectly suited to the shoreline setting.
